Tour Fountain with the AIA LA

Join us and the AIA LA for a tour of Fountain.

Fountain is an adaptive reuse project consisting of an existing two-story building and an adjacent four-story addition that utilizes hybrid CLT construction.

Collectively the project functions like a terraced hillside where each office suite has a generous deck and view of the Hollywood hills. An outdoor staircase connects all levels and inside the exposed structure creates a unique interior environment.

The hour-long tour will be led by West of West partner Jai Kumaran with structural engineer Chris Smith from Glotman Simpson.
