Union Food and Beverage Co

U.F.B. is a new brewery and food hall concept in an old warehouse on Seattle’s Lake Union waterfront.

The project contains multiple restaurants, a bar, indoor and outdoor seating areas. Each is created by the placement of a new object within, or through, the existing warehouse, and each object is made from a different material. These together make a series of different experiences within the 10,000sf space. Outdoor spaces are both covered and uncovered and large sliding doors open up to the interior. A dining platform sits on wheels and can be slid out into the sun or pushed further under the new sawtooth roof open air pavilion.
