"Eastbound, the 220,000-square-foot, full-service office complex at 3232 E. Cesar Chavez St., is all about connection.

Construction on the 3.4-acre site began in 2020 and finished two years later. The development sits between Pleasant Valley and Springdale roads, comprising two buildings — four stories each — and a parking garage. Its value has not been disclosed by the developer. 

Architects took inspiration from college campuses in designing Eastbound, using pathways as a primary element. The two buildings are joined by a pedestrian-focused interior courtyard, meant to encourage both collaboration and peaceful moments alone among the bald cypress trees, river ferns and Turk’s cap. Cedar planks cover an organic colonnade."
