Our latest housing concept, Finch, is coming along in Boise

This two-phase, 80-unit affordable housing development sets the stage for the future of urban living in Boise’s West End by fostering authentic community integration, harmonizing with the neighborhood’s character and scale, and enhancing everyday life through walkable, multi-modal design that supports both connection and respite.

Construction is well underway with Phase I. We are thrilled with the progress and can wait to see this innovative model welcome residents later this year!
