Renovation of an existing historic landmark in Beverly Hills.

Originally built by Sidney Eisenshtat in 1963, the 65,000sf six-story structure is one of Beverly Hills' great modern gems. Our work involved a complete seismic retrofit, lobby renovation, and rooftop expansion. We kept the original vision intact while bringing new interior finishes to elevate the experience of the building.
